
Dr. Trey Schorr is originally from Ruckersville, Virginia. He completed his undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, and earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He went on to complete his residency in family medicine at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia.
Dr. Schorr served as an active duty physician in the U.S. Army for nine years, during which he held various roles including flight surgeon, residency faculty, and clinical leadership positions. Over the past four years, he has provided full-scope, comprehensive care, which includes hospital medicine, obstetrics, minor procedures, newborn care, and geriatrics.
He has particular interests in preventative medicine, women’s health, acute illness, behavioral health, heart disease, and diabetes management.
Dr. Schorr is married with four children and is active in his local church. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, keeping aquariums, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
